Today we meet a man we met at Brendon Burchard’s event several years ago. He stood out with his big smile and a warm heart and wore a different kind of beautiful shirt each day. At the closer look came out he is into real estate as well and Michael had so much in common to talk about.
We got connected. Last year in August Michael joined Mike’s Real Estate Mastery coaching program and since then has learned more tricks and tools how to do real estate right now. Many things are shifting and changing. You may ask why do we have a real estate person in our podcast - he is not clicking with our audience. We believe he is - because you see - he is not just like any real estate investor or expert. He does something he calls an ethical real estate, puts people’s needs first and is figuring out ways how to truly help people. He is very humble and at the same time very into mindset, holistic way of living and approaching life.
In today’s episode we talked about how you sometimes have to have the courage to walk your own path even though your parents may have figured out one for you. And how that trust will turn into something bigger. So much bigger that you can at one point put your own gifts to work for you and your faith and flow marry and trust will carry you through every challenge in life. We touch on a bit of magic and karma as well how to start with public speaking and overcome the fear to do it. We also talked how important and central are relationships and how to overcome fear during challenging times.

In this episode we will travel to Cape Town in South Africa where Crystal Ra actually lived and studied from 2005 - 2007. She found her first influential spiritual teacher Daniela Leigh there and went through her Angel School and became the first “aminologist” in Estonia.
Daniela has been part of the corporate world as well dove head and heals into the spiritual world. Connected to her psychic gifts since she was a little girl with her grandmother’s inspiration she has throughout her life built bridges between the rational and spiritual in her personal as well business life and helped many of her clients do the same.
Right now she surfs equally well in two worlds as a Real Estate agent as well as a psychic guide - helping to navigate the inner and invisible worlds in this reality.
Crystal Ra also produced a documentary of her stay with Daniela in South Africa in 2005 called “Broadband to Heaven” which tells the story of many of the clients of the Angel House in 2005 in Cape Town.
As a student as well a film maker - Crystal Ra got really infused by Daniela’s world and because of that had the courage to start her own spiritual studio, make her firm in Estonia in 2007.
This episode dives deeper into the elements of being a human and how we can move from Rainbow Nation to Rainbow World. How she helps people both with spiritual guidance as well to find their dream home and how she cares so deeply about relationships and shares some tips with us as well. She has quite a bit to say also about abundance and why moving now and then is quite important.

In this "solo episode" we go back in time to Christmas of 2014, which was a remarkable time for both of us as we met in Mexico. It was quite a happenstance - to find each other like two broken ships in the middle of nowhere - one from Estonia and another one from Southern California. Figuring out how to heal ourselves individually and together and what the future holds for us took some time. But with patience came clarity and new opportunities.
We have known each other now for 5 years and we have experienced so many extremes within this time. It has been quite a journey. May this Christmas story inspire you to never give up on your dreams - whether it is to find your Mister or Miss Right or more abundance - we give you also couple of tips where to start. Our story and our lives are a proof that miracles happen when you least expect it and when you contribute with your part!
